Accounting Alive has been edited by expert accounting teachers and has received glowing comments from new and experienced teachers as well as the students working from it. The text covers the new accounting curriculum being closely linked with NCEA level three achievement standards.

To mark the re-launch of livespider and the release of the Jeans 'n' Tees Business Simulation Game, Mark Wilson has decided to release the full text and the Teacher and Student guides of Accounting Alive for your free use. The text is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 2.5 Licence.
